About the Game

FD's Industry Tycoon is a business management simulation from Longplay Studios, played through a retro, pixel-art desktop interface. Build a global company across dozens of world cities, taking it from raw materials all the way to the store shelf, and compete with more than a hundred AI-run rivals on price, quality, brand, and the stock market. Every new game reshuffles the cities, rivals, and economy, so no two runs play out the same. Playable solo or in multiplayer.

Key Features

Run the whole supply chain

Build factories, warehouses, farms, and stores across dozens of world cities, supplied by mines, oil fields, harbors, and railways. Run the entire chain from raw material to store shelf, or specialize in one profitable link of it.

Compete on more than price

Out-research rivals on quality and outspend them on brand, or simply undercut the market. Demand in every city responds to price, quality, and the reputation you build.

Take over the competition

Buy shares on the stock market and absorb rival firms whole. Reach a controlling stake and a competitor becomes part of your empire.

A living market of 100+ AI rivals

Face more than a hundred AI-run companies, each pursuing its own business model — from vertically integrated giants to lean retail chains. They expand, adjust prices, and quietly buy one another out, so the market never stands still.

An open-ended sandbox, solo or multiplayer

Build a company your own way with no fixed script, or dive into objective-based scenarios. Set your starting decade from the 1980s to the 2020s and play solo against the AI, or share a market in multiplayer.

A 1990s office desktop, hand-drawn in pixels

The whole business runs on a vintage, 90s-style corporate desktop with a CRT monitor effect — complete with an office dog named Kkooni.
